Maybe most of us are not aware of the benefits of a good sleep or others deemed sleep as necessary or they just like to sleep. But what we don’t know is that a lot of body functions are very active during our deep sleep. Tissue repairs are most active during deep sleep which also includes repair of skin damaged by UV rays from the sun. Unfortunately there are times that we suffer from sleep problems which render us having difficulty in sleeping. There are numerous factors that can give us best sleep we want every night. One of those factors is the choice of food we eat. Food is a very important part contributing to your health and wellbeing.
